小时候,我们都学过小猫钓鱼的故事,如果你做一件事不够专注,总是三心二意,不用心,结果会好吗?

人,这辈子,说长也长,说短也短,每个人都有选择生活方式的权利,但不同的选择往往带来地是截然不同的人生。

你没看错,是每天都要列出工作和生活的清单,这花不了你多长时间,效果却很好。

不管你记忆力有多好,始终不如记下来靠谱,每天将工作的内容写下来,然后按重要性、分主次完成。

包括作息时间,什么时候需要休息,什么时候起床,特别是起床最能反映一个人的自律性有多高。

总之一个原则,今天的事必须要今天做完做好,绝对不能往后拖延。

关闭电子产品

工作和学习的时候,就把手机和IPAD等电子产品关闭,如果你确实需要保持手机畅通,那么请把网络关闭。
